BOOGIEWHEY is a protein supplement containing a mix of whey protein concentrates and milk proteins. In addition, BOOGIEWHEY is distinguished by the addition of creatine, ornithine, arganine and citrulline. One serving contains 24 grams of protein and only 113 calories. BOOGIEWHEY contains protein and additional ingredients that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, while being characterized by excellent taste and easy solubility.

DOSAGE:

Dissolve a single portion of the product - 30 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or skim milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use according to the daily protein requirement. Sample dosage:

On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1.5 hours. after training.

On non-training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals.
